It was pet-friendly, a bonus since we brought our dogs. The location made it easy to explore the area and enjoy nearby activities. No extra charges for pets is a nice touch 🐶

Had a VERY PLEASANT stay on a long road trip, glad I've chosen it. The hotel was in a comfortable location, by the door knob area. Plus, it was very close to food places and Walmart.

Clean room with a spacious layout, but the noise from upstairs was quite distracting during the night.

The room was big and huge with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven.

Plenty of options, good food. Heated pool, parking onsite.

It was as expected, had a great stay for 1 night on a road trip. The hotel was clean, the room was huge and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Really enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave oven in the room. Even the Flagstaff Pulliam airport was not so far, 15 minutes drive away.

The comfortable layout with a fridge and microwave was a real lifesaver . I found the room lacking in cleanliness, with previous guests' hair left in the shower. I'd say the stay overall was okay 🛌

Local attractions and restaurants. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but be cautious regarding the safety deposit. I'm still waiting for mine to be refunded after four days.

I enjoyed the spacious layout of my room, perfect for stretching out after a long day. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave made it easy to store and heat snacks. Free hot cocoa until 11 PM was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the cleaning left much to be desired. I found a reusable water bottle from a previous guest upon arrival, and there was visible dirt on the bath countertop, indicating haste in housekeeping. The lack of toiletries beyond two bars of soap was disappointing, especially for a longer stay. The outdoor pool was closed without prior notice, which I had specifically chosen this hotel for. It felt overpriced at $100 for the second night with limited amenities, especially when competing hotels offered breakfast and included toiletries for the same rate. The bed was comfortable, but it would have been even better with better room conditions.

Found a reusable water bottle from a previous guest, indicating lack of thorough cleaning. No housekeeping , just two bars of soap provided without toiletries. The outdoor pool was closed without prior notice, which impacted the choice to book here, leading to feelings of being overcharged for 100 USD with limited amenities. Also experienced issues with parking due to crowded conditions.

The room wasn't very clean. There was some hair in the tub and the towels had stains. The sheets of the beds had not been ironed and gave the impression of having been used but they were actually clean.

Decent place for a break on a long journey in Flagstaff with a great value-to-price ratio. The microwave took a bit of figuring out, but once I did, it worked well for my snacks. Be sure to confirm any extra charges in advance to avoid surprises.
